These sales are worth AED 164.1 billion, attributed to the increase in demand from high-net-worth individuals. However, in response to the shortage of exclusive properties, Dubai expects to complete approximately 28,700 villas by 2025.
The influx of high-net-worth individuals continuously brings positive trajectory in Dubai’s most demanding areas, including;
