Meet Our Experts

Meet Grace, one of our pioneer employees who started as Administrative Officer and is now the Head of Administration and Assistant to our Managing Director. Originally from the Philippines, she has over 20 years of working experience in both the Philippines and the UAE. Grace is currently in charge of the day-to-day operations of the Administration, as well as responsibilities in the areas of recruitment, employee visa applications, and labor relations.

Meet Moustafa, our Commercial Manager, who started his career in Dubai’s real estate market eight years ago, specializing in commercial, industrial, and retail properties. He has a proven track record in sales and leasing, and he takes satisfaction in going above and beyond to serve his clients’ best interests. His commercial real estate expertise has earned him many long-term clients, and most of his databases are built exclusively on good referrals. Moustafa enjoys the high-energy sales environment and values his clients by providing them with his undivided attention and proper guidance throughout the process.

Zahra is a certified Financial Advisor who was born and raised in Dubai. In 2020, she decided to take a leap and embark on a new career at Excel Properties. Her passion for real estate is apparent through her willingness to go above and beyond to offer her clients a personalized service from start to finish. Through her determination and a go-getter attitude, Zahra has established a diverse network in Dubai’s real estate market within a short period. She specializes in off-plan projects as well as secondary market sales in communities like District 1, Barari, Emirates Hills, and Palm Jumeirah.

Taimoor started his real estate career in 2014 with Excel Properties and has since developed a strong network. He evolved into an optimistic leasing consultant with a relentless attitude. In addition to remaining humble and strictly focused, Taimoor is an approachable and dedicated agent who offers a tailored professional service to meet his customers’ needs and requirements. He keeps his clients informed throughout the process and works for the shared value of long-term relationship-based work ethics. Taimoor is a local expert who specializes in the districts of Al Barsha, Tecom, Dubai Marina, Al Wasl, Dubailand, Arjan, and Bur Dubai.

Born and raised in Russia, Kristina started her career in China before moving to Dubai two years ago seeing the life-changing opportunity in the real estate industry and her desire to experience a new culture. She has since specialized herself as a leasing consultant and is dedicated to finding her clients the perfect home in Dubai’s competitive market. Her clients can expect a young individual with a friendly personality who will ensure they receive the best service and make the process as smooth as possible. Kristina specializes in Downtown, Business Bay, and the Sheikh Zayed road areas.

Meet Hamza our creative and multi-talented Graphic Designer. Born and raised in Pakistan, he moved to the UAE in 2017. Hamza has over 7 years of experience in the Real Estate and IT sector. Highly adept with programs in Adobe suite, such as InDesign – Photoshop – Illustrator –After Effects –  Premium Pro, Hamza has extensive experience in digital ads, social media content, and web development. He currently assists our marketing team with the creation of all the marketing materials.

Coming from the Philippines, Rizza moved to Dubai in 2013 after obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration and Governance. Over the past 7 years, she has gained strong knowledge and interpersonal skills in providing Office, Sales, and Marketing administrative support in the Events Management and Real Estate fields. Continuing her journey as an organized and team-oriented professional, she has now taken on a new challenge as Marketing Coordinator at Excel Properties administering the Salesforce CRM System. Her determination, experience, and optimism helped her to significantly contribute to the company’s success.

Born and raised in the Philippines, Evelyn moved to Dubai in 2007. She has worked in the field of Facility and Property Management for over 10 years. Her main responsibilities include managing tenancy contracts, property inspections, and any maintenance that may be required throughout the lease duration. Evelyn is known for her humble nature and genuine concern for the clients’ best interests.

Born and brought up in the Philippines, John moved to Dubai in 2017 to work in the hospitality sphere before joining us at Excel Properties as Office Assistant. His broad industry experience in the customer service industry helped him in developing relationships and providing exceptional individualized service. John is currently responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the day-to-day office activities. He supports the administrative team with a variety of office duties and helps us start our day right with the most amazing coffee every morning.
