1. Woodland Crest

Capped at AED 1,400,000 as the starting price, Woodland Crest by AMIS Properties forms a collection of 50 apartment units bringing together 1 and 2 bedrooms, and the building comprises B+ GF + 5F + R. Scheduled for the second quarter of 2027, the apartments range between 631 and 1,030 sq. ft. The project is located within a 5-minute range of the Meydan Racecourse. 2. Woodland Residences

In partnership with the Lamborghini supercar brand, Woodland Residences is a new complex which forms a collection of 30 five-bedroom villas with an area of 7,335 sq.ft. in District 11, Meydan. The villas have three stories, a family living area, an elevator, a private pool, open and closed kitchens, and two-sided terraces with gorgeous panoramas of the Burj Khalifa skyline.

3. Woodland Terraces

Another project of AMIS Properties’ is Woodland Terraces in Meydan District 11. The seven-storey complex is designed in a minimalist style with huge panoramic windows and sleek facades.
