About Majan

Majan is a sprawling neighborhood that encapsulates over 16.5 million square feet area. As a master plan community nestled within the environs of Dubailand, it comprises a fully integrated system with a mix of segments serving diverse needs and investors.

First traces of Majan were discovered in 2006 when Tatweer in collaboration with Mizn announced plans to develop a district based on promising principles of “new standards of execution and delivery”.

Khansaheb Civil Engineering was appointed to manage and complete the community’s initial infrastructural work. Following the consistent growth, plots began to be sold among known builders and developers, transforming the blueprint vision into a vertical reality.

According to Propsearch, the community currently hosts 141 buildings, among which 51 are ready to be used, 43 are undergoing construction milestones & 20 are in the planning phase.
