Empire Developments is one of the industry branches that Ghani Holidays started its legacy in 1995 among import-export, tourism, hospitality, and automobile trading. Founded by Mr. Kamran Ghani, Empire Development in Dubai came out of the successful initiation of Plazzo Development Real Estate LLC, owned by Ghani Holdings. Today, Empire Developments is known for its innovative architectural real estate designs that push the boundaries of conventional construction.

Recently Launched Projects

Located in Arjan within Dubailand, Empire Developments launched Empire Estates as the fourth residential development created by Empire Developments, serving studios and 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments with 325 units in total. The project involves a double-height entrance lobby branded with Italian tiles, intelligent security systems, and home automation technologies. The handover completion is expected in 2026.
